Excellent off road. As mentioned in an&lt;a href="http://pb10bike.blogspot.com/2010/05/buying-and-modding-lht.html"&gt; earlier post&lt;/a&gt; however, the combination of increased rotating mass and rolling resistance makes every pedal stroke a challenge.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Week Total&lt;/span&gt;: A miserly 44km.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;span style="font-weight: bold;"&gt;Long Term ave (since 20/9/08)&lt;/span&gt;: 59.22km/week&lt;br /&gt;Since Last Week: down 0.19km&lt;br /&gt;Since 4 weeks back: up 1.81km&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Hoping to crack 60km/week in the next few weeks. Long-term goal is 10km/day or 70km/week.
